Title: Practicing the presence and a mantra Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Feb 06, 2024 02:07 am After practicing the presence of God and a 🕉️ mantra for most my life; I find that any moments spent in leisure, I soon hear a mantra in the background of my mind. That is the beauty of creating good habits. They will manifest themselves over and over in your days and nites.
I am so used to watching my thoughts during meditation that I find myself aware of thoughts at almost all my waking moments. Just feel fulfilled there is something that makes me feel happy independent of outside influences. If you are occupied with something that requires your attention come right back to the mantra afterwards. This brings the blessings of God and Gurus into your life. Soon you will feel better because you are attracting the bliss of spirit. Soon you will find the mantra reentering your consciousness even when you are distracted.

Now I can put my mind back on the most important duty in my life; connecting with the divine. Although I find I am often distracted. I continue to come back to the most important moments of my life….communicating with spirit, the spiritual guides and the gurus. |
