Title: Delayed Karma Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Jan 18, 2024 06:39 am Recently I talked with a friend who said she was waiting for the karma to come on someone that had hurt her. A kinds of nemesis on the one guilty. Although we are not the judge, it is worst to have delayed karma that may not take place till another life. If we have been working on our spiritual destiny we may be fortunate to have instant karma since we would recognize what actions we ourselves have made to manifest it. And we are able to see the results of our own actions in relation to their results. Think of a tree falling on us, and not knowing what actions we took against nature in the distant past that caused it.

Nothing is lost in the measure of time … just because we cannot always see it in our sensory perception does not mean it is not being recorded. Title: Re: Delayed Karma Post by: mccoy on Jan 18, 2025 11:57 am Delayed karma is the reason some people do not accept this model. They say that one person ned to be punished soon to underline his or her sin. But, as Yogananda says, this would deprive freedom of power. If we know that the punishment to action is immediately provided by God's law of KArma, almost everyone, but the madmen and the over impulsive would automatically be restrained. |
