For instance call a friend and guess if they will answer. Spin a wheel and guess whether you will get a high or low number. Follow your immediate hunch. You may be wrong many times but keep trying…develop the muscle of intuition.

You must obey your intuition to cultivate it, to develop it, and to retain the use of it. This is a voluntary act. In colloquial language, you have ahunch, and the hunch is an involuntary experience. Whether or not you obey it is up to you. If it is a real hunch, or intuition, you will inevitably regret it if you do not. These experiences will increase in frequency if you obey them, and if you don’t they will cease altogether. ~ Joseph Sadony |
