I'm a Kriyaban chela of Paramahansa Yogananda through SRF. Lately I find myself exploring Buddhism, mainly Tibetan Buddhism. I find inspiration in the lives of the great yogins of all true paths per the guidance of Yoganandaji. I notice an ongoing discussion on crystals, another subject that I find fascinating. Thank you for the welcome. Pranams to my new friends, yogini :) Title: Re: Yogini Post by: Katze on Mar 23, 2010 10:10 pm Hi Yogini !
Thank you for sharing, it will be nice to hear more about your interests in Buddhism, there is a section for that and also will be great to have you jump into the crystals section too. I find crystals fascinating also, so much to read and learn about them, just not enough hours in the day/night !! blessings, Into Blue Title: Re: Yogini Post by: yogini on Mar 25, 2010 02:50 am Thank you, Namaste2All!
I'm not familiar with the Tibetan book of the Dead but I will put it on my list. I will share what I've been reading in the Buddhist section of the forum. Namaste 2 U Title: Re: Yogini Post by: guest66 on Mar 25, 2010 10:50 am Jai Guru and welcome, Yogini.

(((Hugs))) bn Title: Re: Yogini Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Mar 26, 2010 01:38 pm Look at your copy of Autobiography of a Yogi... the preface is by WY Evans-Wentz, translator of "Tibetan Book of the Dead" -- he even met Sri Yukteswar. You can probably find inexpensive paperback on Abebooks.com or such. Netflix carries a DVD. I look forward to your sharing... jai guru. Yes, the Grateful Dead. i've heard them myself. But have not read too much about them. ;D Title: Re: Yogini Post by: prabhatsinha on Mar 30, 2010 12:31 pm Hi The Last few pages of the book is very inspiring and important prabhat |
