Both Amma and Paramahansa Yogananda stressed the importance of remaining quiet and absorbed in the aftermath of meditation.

I’m sorry if I caught you off guard but I’ve come back afresh after a year of absence or so because I need to know just what kind of advice you can give me from your extensive knowledge of being and practicing medication and what wonders it can do for me? Are you now admitting to being in the dim glow? Well not really doc. I just had some bad experiences with Prozac that caused erectile dysfunction. So I’m beginning to understand the benefits of bowing out before being humiliated. |
