Title: Cockroach Post by: guest587 on Jun 14, 2023 04:40 pm The cockroach is known for its ability to survive pretty much through anything. They have fast and curious reflexes, and even when poisoned, can at the last minute perform evasive maneuvers when you thought they were just about dead. I had to pick up two yesterday. One in the morning at the breakfast shop I went to. It was around the time I was feeling interest towards a girl who has shown me she is uninterested. And the other around the time I was thinking of my Fathers attitude and my response to it. He kind of replies when he's sober in a sarcastic and "wise-guy" kind of way and I snapped. Even after a really beautiful 40 minute meditation. I understand that right now is a precarious time and to be careful. To let go of my *personal* feelings towards attitudes and outcomes and keep my *focus Godward* In doing so I have experienced relief form myself- which is still a ball of perpetual drama creating motion. I learned all this by noting what was going on with me at the time of the cockroach sightings and took their quirky survival skills as a call to adaptability. |
