I just saw this little clip here and it reminded me of the recent opinions shared by you and SI. They don't call him(Biden) the "manchurian candidate" for nothing, https://gab.com/0331Online/posts/110349323798144572 And now back to your regular spiritual programming. :D Title: Re: China is a Problem Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on May 11, 2023 07:22 pm This is my response to your last message here Eric…. https://youtu.be/jkbW5yJanzc I sincerely think if you find time to listen to it all it will impress you. This is a man that had a balanced view of world history, and how to deal with other countries and their attempt for democracy and freedom of expression. Yet those countries needed to have there part in and effort to free themselves. At the same time we shouldn’t abandon them in that effort. However, we shouldn’t be fighting for others who don’t have the will to fight for themselves. We can be a torch for freedom around the world, but not a police force for other nations. As you may notice he stresses the view of dialogue between people. We have had elements even at this site who are unable to talk together without ostracizing and demeaning others. Does anyone here deny the fact that there are good and bad characteristics in all people, including ourselves? I am talking about the imposition of our values on others. Not that certain people are bad and others good. All of us , including myself, should be careful as to what extent we are imposing our values on those around us or on other nations, and to what extent we are being helpful to their interests and in the long ours as well. Because other nations will and have asked us to what extent are we guilty of what we accuse others? When certain individuals or groups of people insulate themselves from other groups and refuse to have coexistence with them or persecute them we have a wall of silence 🤐 that divides people. As long as we attempt to find common ground and similar affinities we thrive and grow, while recognizing that being human is also tolerating differences between us. We all create bubbles around us of our own ideas. But all bubbles eventually collide with circumstances that cause them to pop. It is unfortunate that we are unable to expand our own bubble and until it gets larger and includes other bubbles… finally absorbed by the firmament we become expanded by our own efforts rather than feel the pain of collision with outside forces. |
