Title: Contact With Departed Spirits. Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Feb 06, 2023 01:26 am I have decided to make a separate thread on contact with departed humans that are now spirits, because I have had so many such encounters myself and so have many people I have met. So far most of the ‘contacts’ from the other side I have had have been of a consoling nature, wanting me to know that there is a better time to come…. And at times explaining what it is like on the other side.
When spending time meditating it is often difficult to distinguish dreams awake from those asleep. Although I believe I know the reason I had this one while in a semi-awake state meditating when I awoke this morning. I lived in a monastery for years but still served at jobs in the world. I remembered the head of the monastery and how we met feeling like old lost friends. Yet after a few years we found we had many differences. In this state while meditating he came to me from the other side. ( He made his transition many years ago ) Instead of the usual meeting friends would have…. He was at his knees and beckoned me to do the same. We hugged each other recognizing we have both learned a lot since our last meeting in the flesh, when we were at odds. Then I continued my meditation and awareness of what that experience envisaged. Title: Re: Contact With Departed Spirits. It's something Yogananda was quoted saying near the end of the book, if I remember correctly the scene was described by one of the women who saw him after he stepped out from his room writing the very book.
