"Emancipate yourself from mental slavery" I remember experimenting with hemi-sync back in my 20's. I will say I did experience peculiar phenomenon, like seeing light I don't normally see. I also remember being visited by a curious spirit during this time. I like the video above... He says, "Our consciousness is not being generated by our bodies but rather, our bodies are being generated by our consciousness."
