How often are we trying to satisfy our fantasies? Are they healthy? Could there be such a thing?

How often do we mistake fantasy as reality?

As often as we desire and to the extent we imagine our fantasies to be real. As we separate needs from desires we learn to discriminate what is real and what is fantasy. Our lives are pulled into endless illusions on this whole phantasmal journey. As wisdom dawns on us we see to what extent those around us have been duped by the entrapments of satanic forces drawing us outward and away from the realty of God’s ever present reality of bliss.

Strangely enough though, sometimes fantasies are lived out and experienced. Usually, if not mostly, with the realization that the fantasy does not match our highest aspirations and is tinged with sorrow. This recognition comes; since pain and pleasure are complimentary forces tied together by this material manifestation of higher forces.
