Spiritual Portal

I have had many experiences through life of not seeing things when they are perfectly visually recognizable. It reminds me somewhat of spiritual stories as well since at times I think it definitely has a spiritual significance. I intend to elaborate here and hope others will share their experiences.

We're all ears! Please, elaborate, I'm here for some interesting discussion. = )

Alright thanks. This is what happened yesterday. I have two lanyards full of keys. One of them disappeared yesterday. I was using the car the whole day. After emptying the car and looking in every nook and cranny I thought I must have left them somewhere else. Although after checking the places where I’d been I was still not able to find them. So after hours later I just happened to glance at a box where I had a lot of food items stored and there they were; a place I had already looked several times. How do we account for such blind spots? This has happened to me many times in life.

I recall once having a wooden box 📦 and storing my extra key 🔑 to the shop in it, at the back of the music shop, I had at one time. Suddenly one day the key was gone. I could not believe it because it was in a place no one had ever gone but myself, and I checked the small box incredulously for two days. On the third day I looked in the small empty box and the key was there.

I wonder if anyone else reading this has had similar experiences? And has found explanations that suit them?

Well, sometimes we forget where we place things. And practicing things like concentration helps us remember. I've seen it that someone swears they never could have placed an item where they did. And I've seen that it was actually them to place the item absent mindedly in a place they never thought they could have.


It is true things manifest for us... And it is true the mind is a beautiful mystery... When I lose things I will be completely blank... And as if by divine guidance I will hear- check the area with the towels... Just to find out I left my item by the towels after all.

I wonder what else you might have to say on the subject. What do you think is happening?

In the case of my lanyard keys it wasn’t that I thought i didn’t place them where I found them. In fact I looked there several times because I did not remember where I placed them. With that situation I think I was not paying adequate attention as to what I was doing. The question I have is this; why didn’t I see them when know I checked there to see if they were there? And yes Eric I asked several times for help from the divine.

The wooden box 📦 with the key 🔑 in it has no equivalent. Can you imagine my landlord opening the store and went in when I was gone and then looking around in the back… took the key and replacing it several days later? A possible explanation? Remember, the key was placed in the box and seen there but then disappeared and reappeared.
