Title: Ghosts and Spirits Post by: guest587 on Jul 29, 2022 02:07 pm I'm sorry for your loss. Nikki has shown us it is possible to communicate even after the physical body returns to the earth. I think for us still here, it's easy to forget the greater picture and we feel sad when our loved ones die. I'm not saying you do this, but I have. I'm leaving to go back to Houston today. This might have been my last time to see Pappy(grandpa). I remember some call death their wedding day and celebrate the return to eternity. I think my Pappy's passing will relieve him of a great burden. A stroke victim at 90 years old can't do much. He knows what we're saying and knows in his mind how to speak, but his body won't let him speak aloud. Most times he drools on himself and must take medicine. But his wife(my Nanny who has since moved on) and him have both talked to me in my dreams and Pappy looks at me with a certain knowing behind his eyes that acknowledges a greater life ahead.
The hard part is for us still here identifying with the life outside this personality and undoing the way we talk about and look at death which is really no death at all. When HIK was asked about death he replied, that is a question for someone who plans on dying. Me? I will go on living. It would be indeed challenging and overwhelming to have all our experiences with others happen simultaneously.

Jai Guru Aside from Nikki i also and a girl friend years ago that had a spirit around her that whole time i knew her. It was quite an unusual relationship. i also used to visit Kelly's friends and one of them channeled my mother who passed away decades ago. i believe one of the things we gain from such understanding is that we are not these bodies and these minds but we are in reality spirits. i got your sense of humor about wedding day. lol. Yet we must endure the disintegration of these bodies as we age and we are somewhat forced to recognize there is something beyond the body. If we are not in any way prepared by spiritual search throughout our life it can be a very lonely and humiliating experience. On the other hand if we recognize it is a transition to spirit we are grateful for the growth and wisdom we have attained in this life and are ready for the transition when it arrives. |
