Title: Upon Awakening Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Jul 29, 2022 03:19 pm I usually experience awakening as one of the best times of day. It is quiet and peaceful where I am now staying. No negative influences. Nature all around and the sound of the morning doves and a rooster in the distance. I am able to see the Sun rise in the East this morning. A good time to reflect and meditate. Paramahansa Yogananda recommended tensing and relaxing body parts before getting up. So as not to shock the body. We can consciously send energy to each body part by way of the third eye and draw energy into the body through the medulla oblangata which is behind the neck.
A nice time, stretching yawning and celebrating morning. The guy I spent time with in North Carolina had a rooster named Bob. They can be hilariously territorial. Just don't go sticking your face near a puffed out Rooster. :D |
