It is nice to know that some people have dedicated their whole life to understanding the universe around them. It often makes our ideas quite autistic. If it were not for the definite experiences we/I have had with an internal reality I would most likely think of such ideological differences of humans as being extremely egotistical. Like cosmological studies we as spiritual seekers are also attempting to understand. I think that one of the great challenges of humans is to find others among us who have already found the answers and need not look or examine life and cosmology any further. When we listen to a lecture like this we see how much people have had to continuously revise the ideas they had at one time as new information comes in from further observations. You can think of this both internally and externally. We continually face new stimuli in our inner an outer world that forces us to revaluate our lives. |
