Title: Glimpses of the Light Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Mar 01, 2022 11:24 am I encourage anyone seeking to see the light to continually direct your gaze at the ajna center or third eye in the forehead. It may take decades or come on rather suddenly but if you prevail in meditation you will eventually see more than just darkness during meditation. Seek out meditation practice that facilitates the ability to see the kutashka or third eye.
Title: Re: Glimpses of the Light Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Mar 07, 2022 06:03 am I have found that it requires a calm mind and focused awareness. Qualities which are enabled by a peaceful demeanor unaffected by the ups and downs by those who come into your life. Seeing all events with equanimity, satisfied with all that comes your way, knowing that through the right practices God will not give you more than you can handle. As we work out the entanglements of karma we have brought with us through countless incarnations. Suddenly visual stimuli appear in the minds eye. Dots, spinning objects, astral soft lights, that become more attractive then sensory experience which continues drawing the consciousness outward away from such experiences and back into the physical realm working out and creating new desires. |
