Awakening of kundalini is thus the logical psychophysical way of being the perfect master of all sex temptations, including the sex urge. No sensual experience could ever produce the joy that comes in God communion. When you learn how to withdraw the life current into the cerebral center, the whole brain becomes alive. In the light of awakened spiritual consciousness, in this highest center of divine perception you will see God . This is the goal of reversing the search lights at the senses. As you succeed in withdrawing that life current from the senses, you will have such love, such power, such wisdom and strength that you cannot describe in words. When that supreme joy comes. Steve, thanks for spreading some of Yoganandas wisdom and bringing these wonderful topics on the forum.

I believe I am just bringing back what has always been part of my life. Early in life I had some experiences with kundalini. We bring the results of our practice with us from life to life. Many devotees have had more sublime experiences early in life that drew them on the path and practice at a youthful age. I am not envious. I just realize we are all in different grades in this school of life. I’ve even flunked a grade. But I still forge forward. There is no other way to go now. We certainly cannot look back. Not after some of the grace that’s been given us to keep on going! I will always thank Divine Mother and the Gurus for guiding me back on the path that leads me to enlightenment even though many times it’s been against my lower nature.
