I have seen many people deteriorating physically around me all my life. One thing I noticed the most is that those without a physical regimen are most susceptible to physical dilapidation. I have had the benefit of hatha yoga all my life but also have unique physical routines provided by two Masters Amma and Paramahansa Yogananda. The iam technique and the energization techniques.
