Title: Moments of Awakening and Discovery Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Oct 18, 2021 05:12 am Enlightenment….
One of the experiences of enlightenment is to be able to remember all past and future incarnations on this earth and other planets. At times we have mini past remembrances with all the feelings and love that went with them. It is an awesome experience. Suddenly when I was done meditating my mind went back to a place and time when I felt an amazing connection with music that my guitar teacher gave me at about 13 years of age and even now memories from then are unfolding. When we are able to look with detachment at all our past experiences we will slowly unfold to a timeless zone where all time flows into one. Meditation has so many benefits that we can discuss endlessly those inspirations from episodes of meditation and their aftermath as we become more adept in our practices. Title: Re: Moments of Awakening Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Feb 07, 2022 07:38 pm I find that certain circumstances in my life have had a deciding impact on the course of my life. Sometimes events happen that plug us into thoughts and feelings of scenarios that could unfold in our destiny. We are confused and perplexed as to the course we should take. There is really nothing we can do affectively till we go within and ask the Gurus and Masters to reveal to us the most promising course for us to take in our unfoldment and the lives of those around us.We need the discrimination and support of the Masters to help us make correct decisions.

One of them for me is recognizing if I am controlling my mind during meditation-which I would say causes tension and resistance - or if I am just observing what is happening to my thoughts as I practice a mantra or Kriyas.
Title: Moments of Awakening and Discovery Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Sep 25, 2022 02:19 pm It is always important to recognize that when we aware we have been slowed down in our life’s momentum it is quite possible that we need to find our peace and joy in the moment and not in the actions and activities that motivate us. There is an internal joy in experiencing every moment of our lives. Often we need reminding of it and we are slowed down enough to become aware of the small wonders and introspect on what the direction of our life is taking.
Sometimes we make new discoveries by being slowed down. Today I found a solar light powered only by sunlight! It has become so much apart of my daily existence that it arises naturally. I suppose the next step is becoming my practice.

These awaken us to the true reality beyond all appearances. |
