Title: Whispers from Spirit, Continued Post by: guest88 on Oct 06, 2021 07:10 am Sometimes God talks to us through his creation- sometimes inanimate and sometimes unbeknownst to the seemingly independent, living organism.
When the breath and mind are aligned, it's like the moment is speaking to us. Like God is whispering little things that might be considered opportunistic for the receiver. Today was such a moment- I was rescuing food for our city and a person pointed out a specific food item to me- watermelon. There was something to this that felt like, "listen up Eric. this is something that can help you right now." As I continued my way through out the city and various donation centers I again stumbled upon a watermelon beverage- an entire crate full. My Faith leads me to believe this is the right move, right now. What whispers await tomorrow? Watermelon Quote ... https://scientificorigin.com/health-benefits-watermelon7. Good for you heart Rich in citrulline (an amino acid), watermelon improves the vitality of blood vessels and promotes their dilation. This promotes heart health and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by preserving cells from damage caused by stress. The watermelons that contain the most citrulline are those with orange and yellow flesh. 8. A powerful antioxidant In addition to citrulline, watermelon contains lycopene, a natural fat-soluble pigment that gives the fruit its reddish color. It is also an antioxidant that would help prevent cancers, starting with that of the prostate, as well as Alzheimer’s disease. 9. It improves transit While they facilitate the elimination of toxins accumulated in the body, watermelon seeds – which some people, unfortunately, prefer not to eat – contain fiber that contributes to good intestinal transit. These seeds are also a great source of energy and vitamins. 10. A potent diuretic Watermelon is a natural diuretic that helps increase urine flow without straining the kidneys (unlike alcohol and caffeine). Watermelon helps the liver’s process of converting ammonia (waste products from protein digestion) into urea, a process that puts pressure on the kidneys while getting rid of excess fluid. 11. Provides muscle & nerve Support Rich in potassium, watermelon is a great natural electrolyte and thus helps to regulate the action of the nerves and muscles in our body. Potassium determines the degree and frequency with which our muscles contract and controls the excitement of the nerves in our body. Thank you God! Thank you Mother Earth. <3 Title: Re: Whispers from Spirit, Continued Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Oct 07, 2021 08:41 am Sometimes I look what others have and recognize I will have to make my own opportunities to make things happen for myself. But at other times I see what is already happening in my life and am grateful for the people and places who are there and have come there. You could take this topic and apply it to many different areas of life. I’m happy to see you have found health as another area. I think in many areas of life we are trying to break on through to a more expansive outlook and we depend on others to support us in that effort. We can only do so much to manifest our dreams and potentials on our own. Beyond that we depend on grace to manifest through our environment to recognize our blessings. |
