Title: Atmosphere changes and meditation

I have found that different atmospheres, temperature changes and dryness/wetness conditions can be helpful in focus and watching the breath or mantra. Fog, the sound of rain and etc. In Michigan there is a lot of water supply. So going in a shower can do much to focus during meditation. Also the Great Lakes and the Ocean as well as streams and water falls, have tremendously helped meditation practice.
