Title: All Our Heroes Fade Away~Steve Hydonus
Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Sep 22, 2021 12:05 pm
https://youtu.be/4BulJAQo1TI

i opened up a door to a dusty floor
down the dark hallways
i saw Jimmy Stewarts face
in a film made well
The film script never tells
All our heroes fade away

I saw Bobby Kennedy
Riding down the street
From and open car
his hand and heart reached far
It’s rare to see
Such empathy
All our heroes fade away

I walked on down the street
To a familiar beat
A broken window pain
A key that’s on a chain
Brother I knew you well
But what stories never tell
All our heroes fade away

i read some Herman Hesse
He made our heroes blessed
i'd be afraid to fall
if i stood that tall
but if his words don't sell
when they were wrote so well

Some heroes reach us beyond the grave  :)

I don't believe you are sincere.

SI,

I don't care if you think it's sincere or not- I was talking to Steve.

You have your challenges SI you’ve had them before with Brock. I have my challenges. Life is not easy. Paramahansa Yogananda has said in the SRF lessons that seeing two friends together that stay together is the result of many lifetimes of work. I am blessed to have such friends. And we do not tell them what you have just said above. Perhaps that is why we are blessed to have so many this lifetime.  Especially since Eric and I have…to different degrees experienced those heroes ‘beyond the grave’ and from life to life. Thanks for the conversation and song sequel idea! I thank God and Guru for that.

And I completely understand what Eric has said below ⬇️

Nice song to wake up to!

Some heroes reach us beyond the grave  :)

Perhaps that could be a sequel to the song I wrote! Thanks for the conversation and song sequel idea!

Thanks Steve, I truly did enjoy waking up to your music today.

I can feel your gentle demeanor too.

Who is that playing guitar behind you?

Well let me guess? The guy is the boy friend of Haanhoo. Remember? See her poems under ‘written words’ and her profile>posts! She also did the video! His name; Jim Cooney!
