When you have lapses in spiritual discipline just start again at the next opportunity. I have found that often tension which is shown by squares in a chart are often helpful to spiritual discipline. Oppositions also can give the impetus to change and work at changing in a productive manner. Why? Because when you see mostly trines and sextiles there is not as much motivation to discipline oneself. This translates into the fact that difficulty and challenges provide the motivation for discipline.
