I have found that it is possible to control some bodily functions through yoga, meditation, God’s grace and environment. I intend to give a couple incidents here.

I have been able to alter my blood pressure 2x in my life. The first time was a miracle. The second time involved environmental and biological contingencies.

The second time I found that I am very sensitive to people around me that cause stress and environmental events that also cause stress as well as nutritional factors like too much caffeine and salt in my diet.
