All these planets are located in the second house in Capricorn with only one slightly out of Capricorn in Aquarius. This makes 5 planets in the second house. This signifies a very strong emphasis on values in her life. Her values with regard to money and her personal values define her relationships with other people. Tori does not follow conventional values but takes her own idealistic values seriously.

(The numbers of the houses are shown in the middle of the circle.) Among these planets are Sun and Neptune. Whenever these to planets come together in some way it signifies receptivity to all impressions.... an active imagination... enthusiasm... inclination to mysticism... cultivation of the soul life or an inner life experience.
The negative side of this is that there’s impressionable and susceptible to take a negative attitude in life...weakness of plans without the power to carry them through ...peculiar ideas...craving for drugs and narcotic stimulants... self deception. The way these two planets work together in their probable manifestations is abundant experience in the spiritual and psychic realms of spheres, mystical experiences, journeys to far distant places, successes through sympathetic understanding of other people. The negative probable manifestation: illness, a person easily influenced by others, prone to seduction. There is intense shyness and self-restraint. These individuals view life as a serious business and when young, appear to be much older than they really are. Because of the difficulty in expressing the enthusiasm of their energy, they feel lonely and cut off from other people, since they find it hard to show their emotions. They are very disciplined individuals and very hard workers. There most likely is an experience of a unhappy childhood due to the severity of the fathers discipline and/or the absence of a male figure. This in turn may cause them to become strong disciplinarians unless they allow the Sun to overrule Saturns influence. They are patient and persistent and organized with strong opinions which are difficult to change but not impossible.
