Before you begin to read, select a quiet, restful place. Read every word carefully and inwardly digest the message. Do not allow yourself to be distracted. Permit each thought to filter through your mind slowly. In this way you will absorb the knowledge in these lessons more thoroughly. Sit upright. Take a deep breath and exhale. With the exhalation, breathe out all restless thoughts from your mind. Keep the body and mind motionless and now absorb everything I say into your soul.
