Title: Letting go in relationships
Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Oct 25, 2020 10:17 am
Friends and loved ones at times drift apart ... I have practiced letting go when energies are no longer the same between lovers and friends.

The truth is you can't try to let go. Trying is the opposite of letting go. To let go is to relinquish trying. To let go, is much more like to let be.

~ Adyashanti

A friend sent this to me who i ‘tried’ to let go. And I was no longer hearing from. Very insightful.

Every time I let go, they come right back. I just focus on what's important, and let the definitions work themselves out.

Here's one for PY. I remember him mentioning (or someone who rewrote it) not to get too close, makes it harder to let go cuz eventually you know you must.

If someone close to you loses enthusiasm it's ok. You can do this on your own. Enjoy every moment of life even the passing moments.
