You are unable to set up the houses in a chart to show where various energies will manifest in a persons life. You would have to rectify a chart which would be challenging. However, birth time is recorded at the hospital where you are born at and is on all birth certificates today. Otherwise simple facts like: Do I have the right baby and what doctor was involved, as well as what country am I a citizen of would be in question. |
