Comfort is a very important part of meditation. Without comfort it is very difficult to relax. Relaxing the body and mind is a key element in entering a meditative state.

Although comfort is important in relaxing for meditation, I have found that too much comfort leads to sensuality and sexual appeasement as well as appetite satisfaction and thus weight increase. In a word; indulgence.
