Title: What meditation technique to use? Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Dec 12, 2019 02:09 am It seems to me - after using many meditation techniques over the years - the best one to use is the one that suits each unique individual. For me the one that makes my body most relaxed and calms the activity of my mind the most at the time is best. Also the one that gives the most inspiration and answers to life’s difficult riddles. I have found some methods also open my consciousness to higher awakening while some others have other advantages. |
