Sometimes I ask myself how much should I be processing and how much should I be doing? Sometimes we find ourselves with friends processing a lot. To what extent is it constructive and to what extent does it become an exercise of the mind that may have no outcome?

listen to your heart, any mess will sort itself out.

Will try that and ask that I can hear the answer.

that's very observant. often the answer is drowned out by an ignorant state. i am speaking from experience.

Yea the heart is a transmitter and receiver.


In this case it is you who clarifies the power and the illusions involved in listening to our inner voice and trying to hear the silent voice within.

a wise man has said to me,
eric- you know you are a good man. i know you are a good man. continue to focus on you and god. your heart and god. thats it, the rest will be a nonissue.

i am currently being targeted and investigated where initial allegations were proven false. now the accusations have gone from severe to mild with some truth but still some lies and this experience is drawing attention to a wider problem than just myself. i surrender to god. meditation has helped provide a sense of relief during these trying times. the time for processing is over. now its time to get on with my life, even if it means taking a new career path.

sometimes our minds clog the hearts signals. thanks for reminding me it is both transmitting and receiving.

just know that there will be others who often misinterpret our intentions. i have been held in high regard and i have been dragged through the mud. you can not win where others are concerned. so it is, focus on yourself and god. your truth will shine through in the end.
