Why? Conundrums are part of the minds activities from which only meditation has the key that unlocks the cell of our minds and sets us free. But your words come from a higher source and express the human emotions when we are inexplicably drawn to others. The Self can sometimes see clearly the mind and emotions of ourselves in relief and give us perspective while expressing our feelings towards someone we love. I find myself entangled in chaos internally when love is knocking on my door but I think I’m gett past the anxieties. I’m no longer giving power to my fight or flight response. I just find it so insatiably interesting how centered I am every other waking moment. Anytime I’m ‘triggered’, I look within 🙏 |
