Title: Unifying Principle Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Feb 01, 2019 08:55 am Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan The heart of man, as the Sufis say, is a mirror. All that is reflected in this mirror is projected upon other mirrors. When man has doubt in his heart that doubt is reflected upon every heart with which he comes in contact. When he has faith that faith is reflected in every heart. Can there be a more interesting study and a greater wonder than to observe this keenly? from https://wahiduddin.net/mv2/XIV/XIV_2_16.htm I must admit to being puzzled by this enigma. No doubt part of the reason is because I also am strongly influenced by the idea that those who do not learn from the past are fools. So it is difficult to integrate the two concepts. Do you have an epiphany that would let both concepts exist simultaneously? Title: Re: Unifying Principle Post by: guest88 on Feb 10, 2019 05:21 am Have you since intuited your answer? |
