Title: aromatherapy

i am reading that aromatherapy helps reduce stress, relieve headaches and can even boost memory. i am also reading aromatherapy can help regulate sleep which leads me to believe the use of aromatherapy is helpful for inducing a meditative state.

Yes all of us who meditate can remember times we have been near the ocean and smelt the mist from the salt water or being near a stream and smelling the dampness in the cool air. Or, being In a forest smelling the sap of the trees. And, being near fliers blossoming, the Aroma enticing us into settling down. The smell of not so natural aromas like incense also affect our meditations.
