Great subject too, nothing is impossible. Did I miss some ways to become more mindful? It's interesting to me, things she said remind me of hazrat inayat khan... Like, to experience heaven on earth one simply need to change their perspective. Or that, we are either being mindful or being mindless akin to, There is only one sin and one virtue for the soul on the path- virtue when he is conscious of god and sin when he is not. Perspective is huge. I enjoyed her experiments too. I tried making a different shape out of the cow. :D A lot to consider here... I think slowing down and focusing on the breath will allow us to become more mindful. There are no limits.... that is to say, we can transcend the self imposed ones... ! :) Thanks!!! |
