No but it was relaxing so I thought I would try it out and throw it out to others; I often practice visualization and guided meditation. There were sessions open to the public every Thursday nite at the SRF Lake Shrine when I lived nearby. I found some of them led into a very blissful state. I also listen to this program every Sunday nite called ‘Hearts in Space’ A friiend of mine and i listen together. It is music fit for meditation and is mostly New Age music. I also really feel priveledged to have been in the presence of Amma when she has given guided meditation. While it is true that I desire the experience of leaving my body that Eric has witnessed I believe that I would never trade some of the experiences and miracles I have experienced in my life for an OBE. We all have different experiences with meditation and God; it is best to appreciate those given to us by grace. |
