I am disciple of yogananda and member of srf since 11 months now....I intend to get initiated into kriya. one thing that has really helped me is by looking at the pic of master and praying , affirming. In one instance i was praying very deeply while looking at master's pic and constantly affirming 'reveal thyself' . After around 30 minutes i felt very blissful and peaceful and felt master's presence. What is significance of master's photo? Thank you :) Title: Re: significance of master's pic Post by: guest88 on Aug 06, 2018 08:22 am It seems the photo was able to reaffirm your faith, upon looking at Yogananda I too feel a deep sense of gratitude and compassion which serve as the very tools to strengthening faith and anchoring one’s intuition. There are many blessings, when looking at a masters photo, where Faith is the driving force. When the heart is open, the miracles are limitless. Recognizing God in man through the grace of master’s photo, is one such wonder. |
