I know these birds can be bullies sometimes.

Just a nice reminder here...

There are few small birds that can withstand Michigan’s 🥶 cold winters. The Blue Jay is one of them. I saw one in the tree in the front yard today. Most birds have migrated for the winter months ahead. This one apparently came to give me its spirit message.

Can't see the picture Steve~!

Blue Jays are awesome.

Did you know cardinals and blue jays are both common around here? Cardinals and blue jays pair with their mate for the duration of their life.

I saw the blue jay and the cardinal enjoying the sunlight and beautiful breezy day. They looked to be sharing their space in peace. The thought occurred to me... These two birds are displaying different but very vibrant colors. It made me think about energy, and what produces color. It made me think that supposedly two different energy signatures could get along together. Despite their differences, these birds share a few interesting traits.
