Title: Ultimatums Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Dec 01, 2016 01:36 pm The more I have seen people confronting others with ultimatums the more I have seen destruction. It is true that people need 'time out' between each other and space between one another but to place an 'either or' choice before someone else only delays karma and makes a mess of relationships.

Thanks Steve. Title: Re: Ultimatums Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Sep 06, 2025 04:34 pm In all instances, if faced with an ultimatum I only hope intentions are made clear. We don't always receive answers in a manner we're accustomed but an open heart may find peace when the time is right. Thanks Steve. Part of life is learning how to face others kindly and with love. We may not understand the concerns of others and mistakenly judge their actions because of our own lack of empathy and spiritual understanding. And where there is love and an understanding heart there is always patience. Love is patient. Most times it is difficult to be patient with ourselves. We must recognize that we see with a limited perspective. It is not possible to see the whole picture till we are enlightened and we ‘see’ why others react in the way that they do and we do the same. In the meantime we accept that others will leave us and react coldly to our concerns and intentions. All our experiences are given to us to understand how others feel and perceive and experience the actions we ourselves have taken towards others in the past. This is the lesson of karma and its purpose. Not to hurt us but to reshape us into something fit for divine intervention and understanding. |
