The sad thing is that most producers of junk food extol their food as the height of dietetic virtue.

There is a brand of cookies and other breakfast cakes here that masks its ordinarily junky stuff with an aura of naturaleness.
Last time I saw the ingredients of an honey cookie. Honey content was 0.5%. Probably we are better off than the average American's supermarket shelves though.

And do not let's forget that sugar is 'good for your brains'. Not natural food contained in fruit and honey. White, pure unadulterated sucrose, impossible to find in nature.
