It is based on monotone chants from the jungles of Hidustan. More on this when we work out the kinkies. Bonnie Barnacle Yea we had some delays because our tabla player had a psychotic episode playing some indigenous rhythms that ended up sounding more like a jazz odyssey from the American swingin early 20's. It could have been past life intrusion that was part of the psychosis. Steve Hydonus gave us his mystical musical direction under the influence of his narco medications which added more complications as someone seemed to have completely lost it. Being out of the musical loop for a time he had to reinvent himself. Maybe it all will make musical sense when the karma that he is working out pans out. Bobby Barnacle |
