Title: Energies to gain control of for effective meditation... Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Aug 24, 2009 12:55 am Four energies to a balance out and control for affective meditation. If one of these gets out of control it affects the others. If you gain control of one of these the others also become controlled.
1. the breath 2. the life energy (prana) 3. the mind 4. the sexual energy Title: Re: Energies to gain control of for effective meditation... Post by: Spirit fox on Aug 24, 2009 05:59 pm so all 4 are needed for successful meditation ?

1. the breath 2. the life energy (prana) 3. the mind 4. the sexual energy if one doesn't get control of the sexual energies then ones mind can not become still as it constantly reverts to thinking of the sexual energies then the mind can't become still/ quiet for more then a few moments reverting back to thinking of sex once the root and sacral energies are charged so that ones mind can then not focus on each and every breathe which in turn raises the vibrations fo ones self to raise the enrgies inside of self to shift into the center of the we/me self chi so yes I have to say I agree with the statement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! of course one can chill the MIND with the intention of fo course of using the SEX ENERGIES to achieve some rewards. like draw the energy from the PRANA forth and with each BREATHE and using th e iMIND of course create such a fantasy of love and desire and expand these energies with every in and out BREATHE using ones MIND and the chakra energies inside and send forth this SEXUAL DESIRE and send it outward with the force of the PRANA , MIND, BREATHE, AND SEXUAL artistry hmmm interesting thread Title: Re: Energies to gain control of for effective meditation... Title: Re: Energies to gain control of for effective meditation... Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Apr 29, 2010 04:57 pm Nomaste Thank You for cognizing this subject (Namaste2All, BlueNova and others who have contributed)and putting so much energy into it. Where the energy is so is the consciousness. i think that we should remember that very few of us reside in that state of consciousness where love is the motivating factor. Although surely it is peeping thru in many of us. The point i am trying to make is that before we are working from the heart chakra we have many things to work on and these are the four i mentioned below. To think we are functioning from a higher level when we actually have many lower energies to transmute is to fool ourselves. Occasionally we are reminded of where are consciousness resides by circumstances that bring this awareness to the fore. In the process the energies i have outlined below are out of balance or magnified in various ways. That has been my experience. Certainly it helps to have everyone's contributions to the awareness of this subject since most people seem to function on a level akin to the animal kingdom; unaware of the play of energies on their consciousness. Jitendra how about Love ? is Love an energy ? maybe it is classified under one of these mentioned ... 1. the breath 2. the life energy (prana) 3. the mind 4. the sexual energy maybe...prana or life energy ?? Post by: weboflife on Apr 30, 2010 05:18 am I'm just wondering where devotion (surrender) figures in this? I mean if I can offer my breath to God, use my life-force in His service, try to think onli in terms of He, and surrender my love making to the Beloved in all, then this must bring forth deeper attunement, surely?
Of course, I struggle to do even one of these things in continuity so therefore balance of the four given energies will be needed to dive ever deeper in meditation. But I do remember in GTWA, that if the devotee finds that all else fails then the thought of doing all for God, surrendering even our destructive tendencies, is the way forward. Yes surrendering the thoughts and mind on him/her/ As you say; surrendering the thought of doing it all for God if all else fails. Good back up plan . i must remember this as i fall asleep tonite; To bring my thoughts on surrendering to that force that has given me what i am grateful for. Just that is enough to set me on the right course. Jitendra Title: Re: Energies to gain control of for effective meditation... Post by: blue nova on Apr 30, 2010 02:50 pm when soul 'surrenders itself unto God'.......does not everything fall naturally into their rightful places...such as ignorance / destructive tendancies...etc and then are replaced with 'soul / God qualities'....patience, understanding, devotion, forgiveness....etc ? :) Namaste2All....Sri Y's book " The Holy Science", is a good book to read ! ;) He offers his definitions of sutras.... :D (((Hugs))) |
