Be like the honey bee who gathers only nectar wherever it goes. Seek the goodness that is found in everyone.

I am reminded of another quote attributed to Babaji which refers to the ant who gathers the sugar and leaves the sand.

It is interesting that both statements, which illustrate the exact same point, are taken from nature.
