Title: Solving Challenges with Meditation in General Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Dec 26, 2015 10:43 am I believe that any meditation technique that involves a mantra with the breath or watching the breath alone requires some amount of silence to be more conscious of the activity of the breath. The mind can only do so much observing. It tends to wander constantly. Listening to the breath audibly is an added bonus that is only possible in the absence of all exterior noise and sounds.
