Title: Having a friend(s) to meditate with... Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Oct 05, 2015 03:59 am i can think of nothing to be more grateful about then to have friends to meditate with. There life styles and the combined effort of their spiritual efforts and your own works exponentially to help you spiritually and in living life. Others will continue on in useless activities meant to distract us from the ultimate goal; gaining freedom from mortal bondage. You will find that friends that do not meditate will soon get bored with you and this activity and topics surrounding it. They will find endless distractions in any spare time they have and miss the chance we have in this human form to gain spiritual liberation.

But my social life is absent, that is I do not spend time with friends who do not meditate, nor with those who do meditate. I also rarely spend time with relatives. I just befriend the people I work with. With these I do not speak of meditation, aside some rare occurrances. Title: Re: Having a friend(s) to meditate with... Well I am fortunate u find some kind of connection here. It would be nice to have u come here or visa versa. If you should decide to come....It would be nice to see u when Amma is here. That is late November or early July. I believe u would enjoy her spiritual vibrations and meditating with her. Title: Re: Having a friend(s) to meditate with... One of these days. If it's meant to happen it will, no doubt about it. Title: Re: Having a friend(s) to meditate with... Yes, lol, here I can choose to spend time with spiritual persons without impinging on work and family commitments. Web technology is just great! |
