Title: sometimes Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on May 30, 2015 04:44 pm Sometimes the conditions are just rite-we are relatively calm, we r not so restless, the environment is quiet and undisturbing, there may be peaceful 'interiorizing' sound;
and we can hear our breath easily and practice our mantra without interference. I woke to the 'pitter' patter of rain drops this morning and had such a meditation. It is easy to get so lost in perceived duties and desires that keep us busy in worldly activities and take us away from our souls longing for liberation.

We may be brought face to face with our karmic background for certain awarenesses. At those times we can remind ourselves to practice the presence that at times weakens over a prolonged period.

As long as their energy does not also drain you.

If letting them go helps us in the long run - as it often does because new people enter our lives - it is better to progress further with a little temporary loss. |
