The ego is excited and restless it is the extinguisher of wonderful experiences. You keyed me into the technique tonite. I did the kriyas then started Hong-sau. It is easier after kriya for me unless I have just exercised. Anyhow after practicing hon-sau i notice it is much easier to pray and after the practice i feel more at peace. Sometimes more at peace than during practice because practice requires attention. Title: Re: hongsau Post by: Little Hoot on Oct 02, 2014 11:02 pm Chief Big Hoot made me practice sau hong. He is me. Not I am he which is hong sau. Anyhow after a while i was saying he is such a hunk instead of sau hong. i think i am in love. I feel butterflies in my stomach.
