It is thru the sincere effort of Amma's children that brings Amma's grace and compassion.... it comes as God's grace. Amma's love flows like a river. If there is a whole then the water fills it. Where there is emptiness of the ego then grace can flow into those wholes. Amma remains as Amma. It is actions she responds to. It is then that grace flows to us. Through our actions. Once someone was sick and vomited on the ground. Everyone looked but no one did anything. A 15 year old boy went and got some paper towels and cleaned up the mess. Amma thought of this boy throughout the day. In this way the boy received Amma's blessings and grace.
The Supreme Goddess herself is the embodiment of immortal Bliss. We bow to that supreme immortal bliss. If we do not tune our mind to God we will not have his grace.This is an example; a person had two illnesses-one in the stomach and one in the eyes. They woke in the morning and put the medicine that was for the stomach in the eyes and the medicine for the eyes in the stomach. Without God's grace in our life we multiply our problems~Amma

It assumes that we do not do things entirely on our own but we also recieve help from what may be unseen forces. We can put out much effort and we should, but it is by grace that we make break throughs and it is the blessings of the great ones that can open the doors we have been unable to open with our own efforts alone. |
