Title: Response Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Oct 25, 2013 04:02 pm Wow Eric, how interesting that you bumped this and drew me back to this specific thread a couple of years later. Kundalini had slipped my mind for sometime, and this past year definitely saw my spiritual ship seeing some strange storms, but I'm well past that now, and wouldn't you know it, I was *just* starting to get back into reading and thinking of kundalini again. I feel like it is one of those little universe nudges, that you alerted me back here. Love Lucky Yes Lucky; 'a nudge from the universe.' I feel the same when he brought up some past life episodes. Sometimes it is clear about what I have experienced... other times I kinda forgot about because I was not sure of the purpose. For you though: I think Micheal is rite on about the basement being the subconscious. Things do fit together if we give them time....as the cosmic clock ticks.... there are friendly instigators along the way revealing old roads we are revisting in new scenarios. God uses us in many ways. Just to recognize it is uplifting. I welcome your new revelations as well. l have been practicing this kundalina technique for years now. It is called Kriya yoga and also the I Am technique. Those techniques have really helped raise my consciousness from reaction to receptivity. The benefits are not always fireworks but often a change and shift in awareness. There is so much more though.... I feel I have barely scratched the surface. Reaction burns bridges. Receptivity builds them. Title: Re: Response Post by: prabhatsinha on Oct 26, 2013 08:34 pm Is it from amma ? the I AM technique?
Title: Re: Response Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Oct 26, 2013 09:02 pm Is it from amma ? the I AM technique? Yes prabhatsinha. If/when I find time I practice her techniques. They have similarities to Yoganandas'. Perhaps you will find this of Iinterest.: Last time I saw her. Somebody had told me that Amma was Paramahansa Yogananda and had said it. so.. i gave her several questions on a piece of paper during darshan (Blessings of a saint or Master.) Were you Yogananda? Are you Paramahansa Yogananda? Have you ever been Yogananda? She answered: "yes, yes, yes. Now sit down here (beside me)." Previous to this on another occasion I asked her about my path and she said. "All the same. All the same." |
