Title: khechri mudra Post by: Jitendra Hydonus on Sep 11, 2013 10:20 am I am very impressed with her. She used to have khechri mudra in sleep when she was a kid. Prabhat means morning. I wonder if this technique is found in the vedas? I remember some friends who followed Maharaji speaking a lot of the nector. It does not appear to be a common practice for SRFers. It strikes me as meaningful that what may appear wierd to someone with no knowledge of eastern practice are actually quite significant. The morning has a different feel from the rest of the day. It is a time of new beginnings and the connection with the nite and different layers of consciouness manifesting from sleep brings a transition to awakening.... a peaceful time alone to converse with the infinite and bring in a positive day. Although we have been told that everything that comes to us, while having a guru, comes from God and is not by coincidence: a rather awesome thought I would venture to say. |
