Spiritual Portal

I had a dream last night I was in school and the teacher was an older man. He was teaching us new and interesting ideas.  He had the whole class close their eyes and chant om. He told the class that this is a way to learn to love yourself. Then I was playing my guitar. The teacher had changed...she was younger and a woman. I asked her if we would have meditation classes next year in a higher grade. She said she hadn't planned them. I was thinking to myself; how would we incorporate energization exercises along with the meditation classes. That is: tensing  and relaxing different body parts while moving to prepare one self for meditation and to think of our bodies as a center of energy sources.  I was thinking to myself I was going to suggest it to her but then woke up.
